Section of Registry

The duties of the Section of Registry and its affiliated units are as follows:

  • To carry out the internal and external official document flow of the Institute,

  • To ensure that the documents and petitions coming from outside the institution and the petitions coming from within the institution are recorded and referred to the Secretary General through the Directorate,

  • After the documents and petitions are referred to the relevant places by the Secretary General, to fulfill the delivery of the originals to the relevant units by embezzlement,

  • To fulfill the postal procedures of the Institute’s documents to be sent outside the institution,

  • To carry out, file and archive the internal and external correspondence of the Rectorate and the Office of the Secretary General,

  • To record, control and follow up the annual, medical, etc. leaves of the Rectorate, General Secretariat and its affiliated units and Section personnel,

  • To carry out the correspondence and secretariat procedures of the Institute Senate, Institute Administrative Board, Institute Disciplinary Board and IZTECH Ethics Committee,

  • To carry out the rapporteur and secretariat procedures of the Institute Housing Allocation Commission,

  • On behalf of the Access to Information Unit, directing the applications made to the Institute within the scope of the Right to Information and the applications made to the Presidential Communication Center (CIMER) to the relevant unit or units, forwarding the responses from the units to the applicants, filing and archiving,

  • To guide and support the Institute units in the implementation of the Electronic Document Management System (EBYS),

  • To fulfill other duties assigned by the Rectorate and the General Secretariat.
