The duties of the Section of Support Services are as follows;
a) To provide cleaning services,
b) To carry out transportation and handling services,
c) To provide security services,
ç) To fulfill other duties assigned by the General Secretariat.
All of the above-mentioned services in all education and service units of our Institute are carried out by the Section of Support Services.
CLEANING SERVICES
Cleaning services in our institute are carried out by 62 cleaning and gardening personnel, 1 of whom is a chief, who were transferred to permanent staff with the Decree Law No. 696.
- All kinds of internal and external cleaning of the Rectorate and affiliated units of our Institute,
- Carrying out all kinds of transportation operations arising from settlement,
- Arranging and organizing the places where the work will be carried out in the activities of our Institute such as congresses, conferences, ceremonies and commemoration days and providing catering services.
VEHICLE OPERATION UNIT
Our Institute’s Vehicle Management Unit is carried out by 1 chief, 5 officers, 1 worker and 20 vehicles. Our vehicle fleet consists of 8 passenger cars, 3 buses, 3 midibuses, 1 tractor, 1 fire engine, 1 septic tanker, 3 pickup trucks, 2 garden hoeing tractors and 1 construction machine.
SECURITY UNIT
Law No. 5188 on Private Security Services, Public Order and Security Services aims to provide effective and efficient service by prioritizing the principle of satisfaction, which is generally accepted by the members of our institution and those who receive services from our institution within the framework of transparent, serious, equal and Laws, without disturbing anyone.
A total of 33 Security Officers, 11 of whom are Security Officers and 22 of whom are Permanent Workers subject to the Civil Servants Law No. 657, work in the Security Unit. Click here for the Security Camera Systems Clarification Text.
